SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORKSHOP HOSTS:

Please submit your workshop requirements to the ATMC Secretariat via atmc@yrd.com.au referencing the following: 

• Workshop name
• Workshop target audience
• Please advise of the minimum and maximum number of attendees for the workshop
• For assessment and marketing purposes, please provide an outline of what your workshop is about / will involve. Please include any training / learning objectives. (approx 200 words)
• Please identify
• • Your room setup requirements including your preferred seating style (classroom, u-shape, theatre, cabaret, other), 
  • Any AV requirements (projector and screen, microphone, etc.). Additional charges will apply for AV. 
• Please identify the preferred workshop duration
• • Full Day (approx 8am-5pm)
  • Half-Day AM (approx 8am - 12pm)
  • Half-Day PM (approx 1pm - 5pm)
  • Multi-Day
  • Other - please specify 

​​Please note:

• all associated charges (venue hire, catering, audio-visual, and your external supplies) will need to be factored into the registration fee for the workshop. The ATMC Secretariat will liaise with the successful applicants with regard to the associated venue  costs for their workshop were appliable.
• ​Should attendee registrations fall short of expectations for the workshop, the workshop host will be responsible for any shortfall to the venue charges. A breakdown of costs will be provided to the workshop hosts once the workshop requirements have been reviewed. 
• Depending on the nature of the workshops, venue approval or risk assessments may be required.
